The company SCITEQ A/S seles test equipment for the pipe industry, has for several years used agents from the hole world as a seles channel. SCITEQ wished for a better overview over angents and intern sellers preformance and the expected sales pipeline.

In addition, there have from the agents and sellers side been wishes about being able to develop uniform and beautiful offers with SCITEQ’s products. Systemet kan altså bruges som en slags mini-CRM og tilbudsgenerator.

 

Solution

Mercura has made an online software system (Mercura Quote), that makes it easy for agents and intern sellers to create, edit and export quotes with version histories and in SCITEQs own offertemplate. This increases the sales effort and productivity and at the same time provides transparency, forecasts and the opportunity for follow-up.
