🆕 A completely new Media Library
The Media Library is a brand-new core part of the platform, designed to make it easier to manage and reuse images and files across configurations.
You can now:
- Preview and select images, PDF's and 3D-models directly in grid columns
- Download files straight from the Media Library
- Rename files more reliably, with improved text selection behavior
- Work more confidently with larger media sets thanks to improved stability
- Create folders
The new Media Library gives you a centralized, structured way to manage visual assets and use them consistently across products and configurations.
🔌 Better integrations and webhooks
We have significantly strengthened how Mercura connects to surrounding systems.
This includes:
- New webhooks and events for easier and more flexible integrations
- Support for submitting dynamic prices for dynamic products
- Improved synchronization of dynamic products
- More flexible product assignment logic
- Extended request and quote statuses, including improved translations
These changes make Mercura easier to integrate into existing sales, ERP, and automation workflows.
⚙️ Smarter constraints and calculations
We have made substantial improvements to how complex logic is built and evaluated.
Highlights include:
- A more powerful constraint builder, with direct links to the saved expressions and queries used in each constraint
- Extended aggregator formulas, including additional numeric evaluations
- New ways to define aggregator values and conditional clauses
- Easier reuse of logic by duplicating saved expressions
- More reliable constraint evaluation during form submission
This makes it easier to model advanced business logic while keeping configurations readable and maintainable.

Major redesign of the constraint builder in 1.20.0
Version 1.20.0 introduces a redesigned constraint builder that makes it much easier to set up complex logic with conditions and effects. It also clearly displays a text summary of what each constraint is doing. We've also added safety checks that warn users if they try to leave the page with unsaved changes — helping avoid accidental data loss.
