Produttore cappe aspirazione fumi industriali e condotte per officine lavorazione metalli configura larghezza cappa, velocità cattura, modulo filtro e diametro condotta in Mercura CPQ. Vendite interne converte preventivi approvati lo stesso pomeriggio in ordini. Pianificazione produzione apre board rilascio disegni e trova quattordici job confermati in attesa perché ogni ordine richiede ingegnere progettazione apra template master CATIA e digiti dimensioni da PDF preventivo.
Lavoro ripetitivo: ogni variante cappa segue stesso schema parametrico con larghezze e lunghezze condotta diverse. Trascrizione preventivo verso CAD introduce errori. Dimensione fessura filtro copiata male diventa ticket rework dopo taglio pannelli. Capacità ingegneria limita throughput ordini nonostante regole prodotto codifichino già intervalli parametro validi in CPQ.
Integrazione CAD mappa campi config confermati a variabili template CAD all'accettazione ordine. Visualizzazione parametrica 3D rimodella geometria browser quando acquirenti cambiano dimensioni. Config prodotto 3D scambia mesh predefinite in vendita. Configuratori visivi aggiornano immagini marketing accanto selettori opzione.
Come funziona
Come funziona automazione CAD Mercura
Ingegneria collega ogni famiglia prodotto a master CAD parametrico in SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, Creo o NX. Mercura mappa attributi config a variabili template: larghezza cappa, lunghezza condotta, spessore materiale, modulo filtro e opzioni montaggio. Config fuori limiti template entrano coda eccezioni ingegneria. Righe BOM stessa sessione config alimentano pianificazione produzione. Qualcuno deve mantenere template master, testare job dopo cambi regole e definire quali eventi conversione attivano generazione.

La differenza
CPQ verso CAD prima e dopo job automazione
Ingegneria apre ogni ordine
- Ordini confermati attendono coda disegni dietro lavoro CAD manuale
- Dimensioni reimmesse da PDF preventivo a template parametrici
- Errori trascrizione tra valori CPQ e disegni officina
- Throughput limitato da headcount ingegneri progettazione
- Ingegneri dedicano maggior tempo a varianti parametriche ripetitive
Con Mercura
- Job template partono alla conversione entro limiti regole
- Parametri config passano diretto a CAD senza reimmissione
- Produzione riceve disegni allineati a numeri CPQ approvati
- Ingegneria revisiona eccezioni, non ogni variante standard
- Rilascio ordine disaccoppiato da apertura manuale template
Applicazione reale
Esempio workflow: ordini cappa verso CATIA senza coda disegni
Dopo automazione CAD Mercura mappando output config a master parametrici, conversione ordine accodò job generazione per config in-bounds e scrisse STEP in cartella produzione in minuti.
Completa connettori integrazione CAD, visualizzazione vendita 3D, BOM multi-livello e config basata regole.
Business impact
01
Remove re-entry
Approved configuration values reach the CAD master without retyping from a quote PDF.
02
Free engineering
Design engineers handle exceptions and template upkeep, not every standard variant.
03
Align sales and manufacturing
Drawings carry the same numbers that were priced, approved, and ordered.
04
Faster order release
Release no longer waits for someone to open the template for an in-bounds order.
