Referral rewards are subject to Mercura's affiliate program terms. A referral must be approved by Mercura and must become a paying customer before any reward is paid. Mercura reserves the right to reject referrals that are already known opportunities, existing customers, duplicates, or not relevant for Mercura.

Do I need to be a Mercura customer?
No. You do not need to be a Mercura customer to refer companies.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You do not need to understand CPQ implementation in detail. It helps if you understand the customer's business challenge, but the Mercura team handles qualification, demos, and technical discussions.
When do I get paid?
Referral rewards are paid when the referred company becomes a paying Mercura customer and the referral has been approved according to the affiliate program terms.
Can agencies and consultants join?
Yes. Agencies, ERP consultants, CRM consultants, digital transformation advisors, and industry consultants are very relevant partners for Mercura.
Can I refer more than one company?
Yes. You can refer multiple companies if they are relevant and qualified opportunities.
What if I want to implement Mercura for customers?
Then you may be a better fit for the Mercura Partner Program. Affiliate partners refer customers. Implementation partners help deliver projects, build custom frontends, integrations, product models, and document outputs.
What types of companies should I not refer?
Mercura is usually not the right fit for very simple products, low-value consumer products, or companies that only need a basic webshop. Mercura is best for B2B companies with configurable products, pricing complexity, or quote automation needs.
