Mercura is a fast-growing SaaS company building a modern Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform for industrial companies with complex products. We help manufacturers sell and configure complex solutions through structured product logic, pricing, and integrations with systems like ERP, CRM, and CAD.
We are looking for an Implementation Lead to take ownership of customer projects and help scale our delivery. You will drive implementations from start to finish — working hands-on with product logic, data, and system setup while ensuring projects move forward.
You will
- Lead implementation projects with customers
- Structure and translate complex product requirements into solutions
- Configure product logic and rules in our platform
- Work with data (Excel, APIs, integrations)
- Collaborate with developers on more advanced features
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met

What we are looking for
- Highly structured and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking
- Comfortable working with complex systems and data
- Able to communicate clearly with customers
- Background in ERP / CRM / PIM / CPQ, CAD / PLM, or technical project management
- Nice to have: experience with scripting (JavaScript, Python), APIs, frontend (React), or product configuration
